Front of House Team Member – Part Time

The Barns at Wellington are recruiting a friendly and flexible Front of House Team Member from the end of August onwards. You will be responsible for ensuring our members and guests receive a warm and friendly welcome and any queries are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner. You will also deal with enquiries coming into the business as well as carrying out tours of the facility along with
food and beverage duties.

This is a permanent part time position on a fixed rota and will include weekend and evening work.

You must have the Right to Work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available for this role.

Wellington Arms and Bruce’s Doggy Daycare.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build a good rapport with our members and guests
• Deal with enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner
• Ensure financial transactions are completed accurately
• Serve members and guests with refreshments
• Assist in maintaining the upkeep of the facility

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task as necessary
• Friendly and professional approach
• Barista training is beneficial but not essential
• The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality and/or front of house duties

• To support and implement safe working practices and observe the Employer's Health & Safety Policy in all procedures and methods
• Ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with health, hygiene, quality and safety standards
