CRM & Digital Assistant
Wellington Estates are seeking a proactive and digitally-minded CRM & Digital Assistant on a part-time basis for a 6 month period. This role is to support the delivery of marketing and communication activity across the Wellington Estate and its portfolio of businesses, including hospitality, retail, leisure and events.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping how we communicate with our audiences - supporting email marketing, customer messaging (including WhatsApp and Meta platforms), audience management, and the development of our long-term CRM and digital strategy.
Working closely with the Marketing & Digital Operations Manager, you will help deliver engaging, timely and data-informed communications while contributing to the growth of our digital
presence and customer engagement.
6 Month Contract - Part Time (21 hours per week - flexible days)
You must have the Right to Work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CRM & Email Marketing
- Support the planning, creation and scheduling of email campaigns across multiple brands
- Assist with audience segmentation and list management to improve targeting and engagement
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to inform optimisation
Meta Messaging & Customer Communications
- Support the rollout and management of messaging channels including WhatsApp and Meta platforms (Messenger/Instagram DM)
- Assist in developing messaging workflows, responses and automation opportunities
- Help establish best practices for customer communication across messaging channels
Audience Management & Data
- Maintain and organise CRM data to ensure accuracy and effective targeting
- Assist in identifying audience trends, behaviours and engagement opportunities
- Support the development of customer journeys across digital touchpoints
Digital Strategy Development
- Contribute to the creation of a 2-year digital plan and CRM strategy
- Assist in mapping future opportunities for automation, personalisation, and audience growth
- Support research into emerging trends and digital tools relevant to the Estate
Influencer & Engagement Support
- Assist with influencer outreach and relationship management to grow brand visibility
- Support the planning and coordination of digital competitions and campaigns
- Help track engagement performance and campaign outcomes
Internal Communications
- Assist with content creation and scheduling for internal channels
- Intranet updates
- Staff app notifications - Support clear and consistent communication across teams and departments
Website
- Provide support with website content updates, digital administration and campaign implementation in collaboration with the Website Designer & Developer
Other
- Provide wider support to the Marketing team as required across campaigns and projects

ABOUT YOU
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp or similar)
- Good understanding of social media and messaging platforms, particularly
Meta (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp) - Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
- Analytical mindset with an interest in campaign performance and optimisation
- Excellent written communication skills, with a clear and audience-focused tone
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience with CRM systems or customer data platforms
- Knowledge of automation tools and customer journey mapping
- Experience coordinating influencer campaigns or partnerships
- Familiarity with internal comms platforms or staff engagement apps
