Looking for a hospitality management role with no evening shifts, strong earning potential, and a beautiful countryside setting?

We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Café Supervisor / Hospitality Supervisor to support the running of our busy daytime café.

If you’re currently working as a Restaurant Supervisor, Front of House Manager, Food & Beverage Supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager, this could be your next step.

This is a full-time, permanent Assistant Café Manager position within a fastpaced food and beverage environment.

You must have the Right to Work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available for this role.

THE ROLE

You’ll work closely with the Café Manager to lead daily operations in a high-volume café and restaurant setting.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Running shifts and overseeing front of house service
• Supervising and motivating a team of up to 20 hospitality staff
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Supporting staff training and development
• Managing bookings and cash handling
• Working collaboratively with the kitchen team
• Maintaining food hygiene and health & safety standard

This is a hands-on leadership role — ideal for someone who enjoys being present on the floor and leading from the front.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• • Minimum 1 year’s experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, Duty Manager or Assistant Manager within a café, restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Experience managing or supporting larger teams

• Calm under pressure in a busy food service environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proactive, positive and professional approach
• Good working knowledge of food safety regulations
• Basic IT confidence (Excel and booking systems)
