Competition Terms & Conditions

1. These competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Wellington Estate and its associated businesses, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competitions.
2. No purchase is necessary to enter.
3. Only one entry per person per competition unless otherwise stated.
4. The closing dates for entries are:
   • Wellington Country Park: Win a family group ticket for four to Hallo’Welly’Ween: 21st October 2026
   • The Barns at Wellington: Win one month’s membership for December: 30th November 2026
   • The Barns at Wellington: Win five cryotherapy sessions: 30th November 2026
   • Wellington Riding: Win a Junior Camp place in 2027: 3rd January 2027
   • Wellington Farm Shop – Win a Festive Afternoon Tea for Two: 12 November 2026 at midnight
5. Entries received after the stated closing date will not be included in the draw.
6. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries and contacted using the details provided on entry.
7. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
9. The Hallo’Welly’Ween prize is valid for one visit during the advertised Hallo’Welly’Ween event period, subject to availability and standard admission conditions.
10. The December membership prize applies to one calendar month of membership at The Barns at Wellington from 1st to 31st December 2026, and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
11. The cryotherapy prize consists of five cryotherapy sessions at The Barns at Wellington and is subject to any health, safety, medical screening, and booking requirements in force at the time of redemption.
12. The Wellington Riding Junior Camp prize is valid for one eligible junior rider place at a Wellington Riding day camp during 2027, subject to availability, age requirements, and Wellington Riding booking policies.
13. The festive afternoon tea for two prize at Wellington Farm Shop is valid for two people only. It must be redeemed and used between 30th November 2026 and 22nd December 2026 and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products. This prize is subject to availability and advance booking requirements.
14. Winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition. No personal data will be published without consent.
15. Personal information supplied for the competition will be processed solely for the administration of the competition and in accordance with the Wellington Estate privacy policy.
16. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. The chosen winner decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
